ALLISON WAGNER, Class of 1998, is the Executive Director of All-In Milwaukee. Allison has 20 years of non-profit management experience after graduating from UW-Madison and Harvard University. Working for the American Institutes for Research and New Leaders in DC, Boston and Chicago, Allison’s career has been
committed to making sure every child receives a high-quality education. When she moved to Milwaukee, she was disappointed by the lack of diversity in the workforce and lack of leaders of color. Nearly six years ago, she was offered the opportunity to launch All-In Milwaukee and work on this problem. Her work now ensures that scholars complete college, obtain jobs in Wisconsin, and transform the community.
