Jerry Johnson '50 shared some photos of his new WFB Blue Dukes T shirt which features his yearbook photo on the back.
Jerry says:
Here are some pictures my son Brian sent to me of my new Whitefish Bay T-shirt. Brian is an expert with anything to do with Multi-media which he taught at the U of Illinois so I asked him to add a picture of me on the back of the shirt which was in my 1950 graduation year book. He designed the shirt back and then used a T-shirt transfer material to iron the design on the back.
I really enjoyed how my shirt turned out. I hope that when I wear it out that I will get some comments from my observers. Good to know that I can still enjoy something I was in after 75 years.
I played "half back" all the time and at a senior singing program I sang "Old Man River" and it has
stayed in my mind for these 75 years. I remember many students and faculty and Family for sure.
I wrote a book: "Writing, Poetry & Prose."
