Alumni Update!!!

WFBHS Theater is thrilled to share that alumni Jessie Potter (Class of 2019) is making her Off Broadway debut in an original musical, Love In Idleness! 

Fun fact: Love In Idleness is loosely based on A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  Jessie’s first exposure to Midsummer occurred right here at Whitefish Bay when Jessie was the student choreographer.  Ironically, this is the second professional production Jessie has participated in in the past year that she first experienced at WFBHS.  The other was Legally Blonde, the production she starred in as Elle Woods during her junior year of high school! In Jessie’s words, “Truly, I was inspired to pursue a career in the arts because of my experiences with your [Amber Kind-Keppel’s] direction and WFBHS theater, and my training through the high school has set me up for great success— graduating summa cum laude from MMC, working at several equity theaters, and now this!”

Congratulations to Jessie Potter!  We could not be prouder of you as you follow your dreams!!!
